The consultation will consist of a review of your medical history,nutrition and lifestyle analysis and an MAT Jumpstart session. The information I gather from these assessments will help me create a custom and effective workout plan based on your needs.
Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) is a specific process I use to assess and evaluate an individual’s ability to produce efficient muscle contractions.
If there is loss of muscle contraction this will often lead to the individual having limited range of motion which will affect there physical performance. MAT will help strengthen the weak muscles as well as restore full function of the muscles so you can perform and enjoy your daily activities without experiencing discomfort or pain.

All personal training packages expire 3 months from purchase date, excluding 30 minute session packs, which must be used within 30 days of purchase date.
Full payment of personal training packages or individual sessions are due prior to start of session.
24-hour notice is required for cancellation of session in order to avoid being charged, unless you have an emergency.
All sessions are non-refundable.
